All d eposits and final payments are held in a trust account in a federally insured bank, in accordance with California State Law B&P Code #17540.11(d) to protect your funds with Preferred Bank of California as our trusted financial center. By requiring that money be placed into a secured trust account, it cannot be used or claimed for any other transaction until your tour departs and all suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground operators, etc …) have been paid. Checks should be made payable to: Preferred Bank/Aberdeen Tours Trust Account. In addition, we are state-certified and registered as a Seller of Travel. Travel Seller Registration# 2002108-40

Our comprehensive travel insurance package is available through your travel agent. The Features of the basic insurance policy cover:

The cost of the insurance is calculated based on trips averaging 17 days in length ; please call us for insurance premium information.
