By payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation of any tours offered by Aberdeen tours, Inc., listed in this flyer or otherwise, the tour participant consents to all provisions of the Term and Conditions and information contained herein, which may not be amended in any way except in writing and signed for by an authorized officer of Aberdeen Tours Inc.

All reservations made to Aberdeen Tours, Inc may be made by credit cards (Visa, Master Charge, American Express & Discovery) with signed credit card authorization form or by check.
Deposit is $300 per person.
Final Payment: Final payment is due at least 45 days before departure
Cancellation and change fees are as follow:
Cancel before final payment date: $300 per person.
Cancel between 44-31 days before departure: $350 per person
Cancel 30-15 days before departure: $400 per person
No refund if cancel within 14 days of departure.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend our passengers to purchase travel insurance that will cover an unforeseen cancellations due to illness or injury. Please contact us for the current insurance premium and coverage. Travel insurance must be purchased at time of deposit.

In addition to the cost of air transportation and any land arrangements, which are subject to change without notice, the tour price quoted includes charges for itinerary research, preparations, tour planning and coordination. Tour price are based on a 3% cash discounted rate and are subject to increase if payments are made by other forms other than cash.Tour prices that include INTERNTIONAL AIR TRANSPORTATION already include FUEL SURCHARGE by the airlines involved at times of printing. The FUEL SURCHARGE is subject to change and we reserve the right to adjust the tour price base on the changes by the airlines.
Land-only package may be purchased separately. International air and transfers between airport and hotel will be the sole responsibility of the land-only tour participants.

Tour participants are required to have passports valid for six months beyond the return date of the tour. Non U.S. citizens should check with their booking agents regarding visa requirements. It is the ultimate responsibility of the tour participant to have valid and proper travel documentation.
For China visa, please ensure your passport has at least 2 blank pages for visa issuance. For countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar, please allow one blank page for each country for visa issuance. We will provide you with all visa instructions once we receive your tour deposit. Please note all visa fees and handling fees associated with applying for visas are ADDITIONAL to the tour prices listed in each tour. At time of printing, the visa fee schedules are as follow:
China visa……..$130 visa fee + handling fee $ 25 per person
Vietnam visa…..$55 visa fee + handling fee $25 per person
Cambodia visa...Issue on arrival in Cambodia US$20 per person
Myanmar visa…$25 visa fee + handling fee $40 per person
Tour documents, including vouchers and airplane tickets will be mailed to you approximately 2 weeks after receipt of full payment.

It is the tour participant’s responsibility to comply with the health requirements of the countries to be visited. Vaccinations and inoculations may be required or recommended. We recommend you check with your physician.

At owner’s risk throughout the tour. We suggest passengers purchase luggage insurance. Two pieces of checked baggage totaling 106 inches (the sum of three dimensions, providing neither piece exceeds 62 inches) and not exceeding 50 pounds EACH PIECE are allowed on Trans-Pacific flights. Intra-Asia luggage allowance is 44 pounds. Tour participants should be aware that there are limits to the amount that they will be reimbursed for lost or stolen luggage. All air and transport tickers have these limits set forth in them. Please plan accordingly.

Airfare add-ons from hometown to gateway cities, meals not specified in the tour program, costs of passports, visas, U.S. departure tax, airport taxes, vaccinations and inoculations, optional sightseeing tours, excess baggage, health, accident and baggage insurance, telephone, laundry, tips to bell hops, guides, drivers items of a personal nature, fees incurred due to delay, changes or cancellations beyond the control of Aberdeen Tours, Inc., and any items not specifically listed as included.

In all matters relating to the making of arrangements for hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and services provided incident thereto, entertainment and transportation by air, railroad, motor bus, automobile or ship, or to the issuance of tickets and/or coupons for travel, Aberdeen Tours, Inc. will act only in the capacity of an agent for the suppliers of travel services listed on the flyer. These suppliers are not agents of Aberdeen Tours, Inc. Because of Aberdeen Tours, Inc.’s status as an agent for those suppliers, and because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of those travel suppliers, Aberdeen Tours, Inc. assumes no responsibility and will not be held for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of its suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentally owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Aberdeen Tours, Inc., or (5) acts of God.
Aberdeen Tours, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as tour participant, and to make changes and substitutes in any itinerary as it deems necessary for the comfort, safety, or the convenience of the tour participants and the proper carrying out of the tours, and to withdraw any or all tours announced in this program should conditions warrant. If a tour is cancelled, a full refund of all monies paid to the company by the participant’s travel agent will constitute full settlement.
The airlines concerned are not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passengers contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of the these tours and/or passenger. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall have or incur no liability to any traveler aside from their liability as common carries. All airfares shown are subject to change without notice.
All fares shown are based on the present value of foreign currencies in relation to the U.S. dollar as of the issuance date of this flyer and on current tariffs, and are subject to change in case of any appreciable variation in costs.
